About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banking Advisor to join our team at Westpac. As a key member of our branch network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide quality conversations with customers to understand their financial needs and goals
  • Assist customers with their transactional and savings banking needs
  • Refer customers to specialist teams when required
  • Proactively contact existing customers via phone or email
