Melbourne Airport is seeking a highly experienced Senior Learning & Capability Business Partner to join our People and Culture team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a critical role in executing our learning, leadership development, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) strategies to support the achievement of our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Advice & Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to understand business drivers, goals, and challenges, providing sound strategic advice and clear solutions related to learning and capability development.
- Learning & OD Initiatives: Partner with key business stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify, prioritise, develop, and operationalise relevant learning and organisational development initiatives.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders across the business, including senior leaders, managers, team members, and all People and Culture team members.
- Learning Plans & Development: Develop and implement Learning Plans aligned with our strategic objectives, relevant frameworks, and our organisational culture.
- Needs Assessments & Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments and analyses to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.
- Learning Program Design & Delivery: Design, develop, implement, and facilitate effective multi-modal learning programs, including leadership development, soft skills/behaviour workshops, team building, and corporate induction.
- Team Effectiveness & Development: Support and build team effectiveness through consultation and facilitation of leadership and team-based initiatives.
- Evaluation & Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make continuous improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
- Capability & Organisational Performance: Lead initiatives to enhance capability and organisational performance, including change management, team development, and process improvement.
- Talent Management & Succession Planning: Support the Head of Learning & Capability in the implementation of talent management strategies, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development.
- DEIB & Inclusion: Foster a culture of inclusion and belonging through various learning and development interventions via our DEIB Action Plan.
- Leadership & Manager Coaching: Engage, advise, coach, and partner with leaders and managers to build engagement, lift capability, and generate positive outcomes.
- Coaching & Feedback Framework: Develop and implement an innovative Coaching & Feedback Framework to build coaching capability across the organisation in support of a learning culture.
- Project Management & Delivery: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery of Learning & Capability initiatives.
- Data-Driven Insights: Source and utilise data and analytics to measure the impact of learning and development programs and organisational development initiatives.
- Reporting & Presentations: Analyse data and prepare reports and presentations that deliver valued insights and recommendations to support continued growth and learning.
