We are seeking a skilled and innovative Senior Policy and Project Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Freight, Ports, Aviation and Reform (FPAR) directorate, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of transportation in Western Australia.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in transport policy, planning, and project management, with a strong understanding of the complex relationships between land, maritime, and air supply chains. You will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based policies and strategies to support the State government's strategic aspirations for an efficient, sustainable, and resilient transport system.

  • Develop and implement policy initiatives that drive the development and strengthening of Western Australia's freight, port, and aviation sectors;
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform policy decisions and identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and knowledge-sharing;
