Your Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will act as a trusted business partner, engaging with senior stakeholders and collaborating with internal support teams and external service providers to refine our operational model, enhance efficiencies, and mitigate risks. You will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting obligations for investors, lenders, and compliance, while managing ongoing financial operations for our funds and products.

Collaboration with asset-level finance teams will be crucial as you navigate periodic reporting cycles, identifying and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize value for Macquarie. This includes optimizing processes, data flows, and technology platforms. You will also ensure that new funds and processes align with our global policies and practices by providing transaction support for new deals and funds.

Qualifications

  • CA/CPA qualification
  • Over 10 years of experience in the financial services sector
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with a strong ability to cultivate relationships
  • Expertise in resolving complex and technical issues pragmatically
  • Strong project management and prioritization capabilities
