We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered General Nurse to join our team in a purpose-built care home in Southport, Merseyside.
About the RoleAs a Registered General Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with the care and management team to promote excellent standards of care.
Key duties include:
- Supervising staff and ensuring smooth and efficient shift operations
- Performing general nursing duties, following CQC and NMC guidelines
- Updating care plans and administering safe medication
- Being dependable and flexible to meet the needs of residents and the home
To be considered for this role, you must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a current active NMC Pin.
Preferred skills and experience include:
- Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
- Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including Do Ls/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
We offer a competitive salary of £22.05 per hour, with annual salary up to £50,450.40, and a range of benefits, including:
