Store Maintenance Assistant

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our stores. This role is crucial in providing a safe and welcoming environment for our customers.
You will work closely with other team members to achieve this goal, utilizing various equipment and products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub and buff floors throughout the shop, as well as cleaning, dusting and wiping shelving and equipment.
Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark, regardless of weather conditions.
Responsibilities- Perform cleaning tasks across all departments and throughout the store
- Use equipment and products to maintain floors and surfaces
- Collect trolleys and ensure the store area remains clean and tidy
We are looking for someone who can provide great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace. You should have a keen eye for detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
The ideal candidate will also possess good physical fitness, being able to lift up to 17kgs, and be available to work shifts between 5am-11pm, seven days a week.
