Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer experiences and support at our Aquatics Centres.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing and maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling customer complaints and feedback in a constructive manner
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, bookings, and other related matters
  • Coordinating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • A current First Aid Certificate
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong time management and organisational ability
