Job Title: Senior Category Manager Apparel Kids

This role is responsible for leading the conception and development of all product in your portfolio, including range sign-off, sourcing, inventory management, supplier performance optimization, and financial outcomes analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop category mission and strategy through deep understanding of customer insights and market trends, contributing to overall business strategy.
  • Lead national and own brand sourcing, range builds, and supplier negotiations to ensure best possible outcomes.
  • Balance seasonal ranges to meet customer needs, aligning with business plans while ensuring data accuracy within teams.
  • Oversee reference data management for suppliers and products.
  • Drive pricing and margin strategies while monitoring competitor activity to stay competitive.
