Job Title: Food Service Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to provide exceptional customer service and culinary support in a fast-paced dining environment.

About the Role:
  • Ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all patrons, promoting a positive atmosphere and rapport with guests.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, manage tables and ensure prompt delivery of food and beverages.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, drinks, and special deals to increase sales and revenue.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including table settings, floor, and counters.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups, exercising strong interpersonal skills.
  • Able to adapt to flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Australian work authorization is preferred but not required.
