Project Manager Lead

Job Description Summary:

As a seasoned professional, you will take ownership of delivering high-quality projects across a diverse property portfolio. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and project stakeholders to ensure exceptional outcomes while providing strategic oversight and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain master project budgets and timelines to ensure objectives are met.
  • Prepare and present project reports, drawing reviews, and updates for clients and internal stakeholders throughout all project phases.
  • Assist in the selection, contracting, and management of consultants and construction teams.
  • Oversee requisitions, change orders, and project-related invoices, providing advice to senior leaders.
  • Participate in marketing and presentation of services to clients.
  • Supervise, mentor, and manage team members to ensure high-quality performance and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and corporate policies.
  • Provide comprehensive progress reports and recommendations to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (required).
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in engineering or construction or client-side project management.
  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience leading teams in a project management capacity.
