We're looking for a friendly, outgoing individual to join our team as a Bartender at The Sporting Globe Bar and Grill. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all patrons
  • Prepare and serve drinks, including mixing, garnishing, and serving
  • Take orders and deliver high-quality products in a timely manner
  • Upsell and suggest drinks to customers
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the hospitality industry
  • Experience working in both bar and restaurant environments
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for the industry and a strong sales culture
  • RSA certificate and TAB Certificate
