Monster Kitchen and Bar is an exciting dining experience where locally sourced and seasonal ingredients take center stage. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional service and supporting the team to achieve outstanding performance.

About the Gig
  • You'll be reporting to the Food and Beverage General Manager and working closely with the team to deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests.
  • As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll be responsible for greeting guests, seating them, taking orders, and ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience.
  • You'll need to familiarise yourself with our restaurant products and services, including menus, wine lists, and other beverages.
  • Awareness of dietary requirements is essential to provide guests with accurate information about menu offerings.
  • High levels of service and prompt, efficient, and polite responses to requests are a must.
  • Encouraging feedback from guests and updating guest history records will enable us to anticipate their needs.
  • You'll also need to demonstrate a good knowledge of the local area and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
About You

We're looking for a hard-working individual who's not afraid to jump in and help where needed. Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a fine dining environment, with knowledge of restaurant and/or hotel operations.

While a valid RSA or willingness to obtain one prior to starting is required, your attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service will shine through.
