We are seeking a highly skilled Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst to join our team in Florida. This role involves developing, maintaining, and coordinating integrated master plans and schedules to support program objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program scheduling, earned value management (EVM), and risk analysis within the aerospace and defense industry.

  • Develop and maintain integrated master plans and schedules aligned with program goals.
  • Ensure cross-functional integration of schedules across finance, engineering, materials, manufacturing, and quality teams.
  • Track program plans, schedules, and performance, resolving critical path and network logic conflicts.
  • Perform risk analysis and schedule variance assessments to aid decision-making.
  • Monitor program progress using tools like Gantt charts, PERT, milestone tracking, and earned value management (EVM).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience in Program/Project Management, Earned Value Management (EVM), Business, Cost, and/or Finance OR Master's degree with 3+ years relevant experience.
  • Experience in scheduling and program planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Project.
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance (required).
