We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a critical role in enabling us to fulfill our purpose of Caring for People, Enabling Health, and Inspiring Wellness.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and consult with customers to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs.
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain a well-stocked and beautifully presented store environment to ensure a welcoming experience for our customers.
- Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to our customers.

- Confidence in delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers.
- Ability to relate well with customers and teammates.
- Willingness to continue learning about our products and services.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
