About the Role

The UNE Discovery Voyager Team Leader is responsible for the leadership and oversight of the UNE Discovery Voyager program and staff. They will work closely with academics to develop and coordinate relevant content for activities to take into schools, as well as the UNE Discovery Program Leader/Head of School to enhance engagement in science outreach and engagement at UNE.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have exceptional communication, leadership and team management skills. You will also require excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to set clear team goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines while acting proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration.

This position requires a degree-qualified candidate with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
