We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Specialist to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead complex cases, contribute to strategic growth, and work across a range of commercial litigation matters.

This position involves:

  • Conducting thorough investigations, drafting pleadings, managing document discovery, taking witness statements, and preparing evidence;
  • Managing the discovery process;
  • Preparing for trials;
  • Providing expert legal advice and strategic guidance on a wide range of matters;
  • Leading general commercial disputes including contractual disputes, professional negligence, and regulatory proceedings;
  • Supporting whole-of-project teams with advice and guidance.

To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Extensive experience in high-value commercial disputes and other litigation;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally working in a team environment;
  • Class actions or large-scale commercial disputes experience;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
