Administrative Professional: Document Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Professional to fill the role of Document Management Expert within our Empire Group team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to utilize your administrative skills and experience in document control, project administration, and Microsoft Suite proficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Document Control: Ensure accurate management of documents and records, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Project Administration: Provide exceptional support to Project Managers and Superintendent Representatives, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Maintain and review project budgets, identifying inaccuracies and taking corrective action as needed.
- Contractor Liaison: Review and validate contractor transmittals, resolving discrepancies and improving accuracy.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare ad hoc program reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a Project Administration or Document Control role within the construction industry or similar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work under pressure, meeting critical deadlines.
