Job Title: Hospitality Service Assistant
">About the Job:
The primary objective of this role is to deliver exceptional support to the hospitality function within the care home. This involves catering, cleaning, and laundry services.
To achieve this goal, you will be responsible for maintaining legislated workplace health and safety, quality, and hygiene standards. You will also complete required documentation and reporting, respond to residents' queries and requests, and perform laundry and catering duties as needed.
As a team player, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the care home's hospitality services.
Requirements:
- Previous catering or food service experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts throughout the week
