Job Title: Workshop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced workshop supervisor to lead our maintenance team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating the safe and cost-effective maintenance of all equipment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead by example and ensure that maintenance and repairs are executed within safety, time, and cost requirements.
  2. Accurately record the daily activities and maintenance tasks.
  3. Build and maintain strong working relationships and effective teams.
  4. Focus on continuous improvement and develop solutions to improve processes.
  5. Promote and maintain a positive safety culture and record within the team.
Requirements:
  • Trade certificate in Diesel Fitting or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in the mining industry.
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining an excellent safety record for teams.
  • A current Queensland driver licence.
