Job OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated and professional Sales Consultant to join our team. This is a great career opportunity to become an integral part of our growing company.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support through over-the-counter, face-to-face, and telephone interactions.
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with store merchandising, stock control, inventory management, and purchasing support.
- Contribute to general store management activities and maintain a safe working environment.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and implement changes to enhance business performance.
- You have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a strong desire to succeed.
- You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- You are detail-oriented and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- You have the ability to build and manage customer relationships, including trades business.
- You are willing to work Saturdays and are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers.
