Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing engaging lesson plans aligned with the Victorian curriculum
- Maintaining a well-organised and inclusive classroom atmosphere that fosters mutual respect among students
- Evaluating student progress and providing constructive feedback to students and parents
- Offering targeted support to students with diverse needs, including those with learning disabilities or English language learners
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and enhance student outcomes
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Current VIT registration or have recently applied
- A relevant tertiary qualification (minimum 4-year degree)
- Prior experience in teaching Primary in Australia
- The ability to provide professional references from within the last 5 years
- An understanding and appreciation of Catholic values
This position offers:
- A competitive estimated salary range of $85,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
