About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for our patients, requiring exceptional customer service skills and a welcoming disposition. As a competent administrator, you will handle all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the practice reception, including phone, electronic, and face-to-face communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff
- Work closely with the Practice Manager in a dynamic team environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months experience as a Receptionist in a dental practice
- Proficiency in MS Office and D4W experience preferred
