Pharmacist Consultant Job Summary


This role is responsible for advising on the planning, development and implementation of medication informatics systems to ensure consistent, safe and effective medication management. The successful candidate will lead clinical problem-solving and resource management by applying expert pharmaceutical knowledge.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Advising on the planning, development and implementation of medication informatics systems.
  • Leading clinical problem-solving and resource management.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
