Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional patient care and support to our network of independent dentists.

The role involves providing all aspects of chairside dental assistance to our Dentists, delivering exceptional dental care and excellent customer service, as well as maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to further develop their dental knowledge and skills, working closely with our supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing chairside dental assistance to Dentists
  • Delivering exceptional dental care and customer service
  • Instrument reprocessing and sterilisation procedures
  • Advising patients on care
  • Building professional working relationships with team members, patients and medical staff
  • Maintaining compliance with organisational policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Previous chairside dental experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Cert III in Dental Assisting or equivalent experience
