Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Music educator to deliver music programs in our Primary and Year 7 settings. This part-time position offers the potential for expansion based on the candidate's experience and interests.

The Role Includes:
  • Teaching classroom music in the primary years, focusing on whole-class and small group instruction (keyboard and guitar emphasis)
  • Delivery of the Year 7 Music curriculum
  • Opportunity to coordinate our end-of-year Presentation Night (with additional time release available)
  • Potential growth of the secondary music program and contributions to Performing Arts events and experiences
Requirements:
  • Enthusiasm and vision for creative, student-centred music education
  • Experience teaching a range of instruments and musical styles
  • Organisational and coordination skills for performance events
