We are seeking a Minimally Invasive Solutions Specialist to join our team.

About this role

This specialist will provide strategic solutions to surgeons, patients, and hospitals.

You will apply your knowledge of the ANZ healthcare landscape, surgery, and surgical device trends when engaging with specialists and stakeholders within the hospital setting.

Establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders and hospital personnel within assigned states.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Create effective business plans and implement tactics.

Implement educational programs and exceed customer expectations while growing your business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge of the ANZ healthcare landscape, surgery, and surgical device trends.
  • Manage a portfolio of minimally invasive surgical solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and hospital personnel within assigned states.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and implement business strategies to grow your territory.

About You

We seek a self-driven individual with orthopaedic experience comfortable working in theatre environments.

Deliver clinical solutions and demonstrate value-driven outcomes for all stakeholders.

  • Relevant experience in Orthopaedic procedures (joint, hip, shoulder).
  • Relevant medical device experience.
  • Knowledge base of anatomy and physiology focused on musculoskeletal systems.
  • Proven sales success in orthopaedics.
  • Curiosity and passion for learning.
  • Ability to retain and articulate complex clinical information.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders.
  • Practical knowledge of the healthcare space.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Collaborative professional with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Clear and inspiring presenter.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and capacity to manage competing priorities.
  • Current Driver Licence.
  • Some travel within Australia.
