Job Description:

Transporting farmer produce to local customers is a key responsibility for this role. You will be operating a vehicle, ensuring the safe transportation of goods and assisting with general yard duties.

The successful candidate will have prior experience operating triple road trains and possess a current MC license. Familiarity with the Katherine region and surrounding areas is also essential.

Requirements:
  • A valid MC license
  • Prior experience operating triple road trains
  • Familiarity with the Katherine region and surrounding areas
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • A proactive approach and positive attitude
Key Responsibilities:
  • Checking temperature of loads and pre-chilling the fridge
  • Ensuring Vision Zero is a daily focus
  • Assisting with general yard duties and operating the 40-ton forklift
  • Complying with coupling and uncoupling procedures
  • Working to deadlines and providing excellent customer service
