Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our software development lifecycle, you will engage in hands-on development across the full software development lifecycle. You will participate in the design, delivery, and training of RecordPoint solutions to customers.

You will support our Cloud-based SaaS service and understand deployment models for RecordPoint on premises and Cloud. You will perform engineering analysis of product and provide sound decision-making for software engineering and product development.

You will ensure technical designs are well documented, kept up to date, and communicated across the engineering team. You will ensure code is maintained and testable through automated testing frameworks.

You will keep abreast of technology trends and incorporate new standards and technology into the product where appropriate. You will work alongside other engineers, participate in engineering meetings, and assist other team members where required.

You will develop productivity skills by learning source control, editors, the build system, and other tools as well as testing best practices.
