Plant Operator Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as excavators, dump trucks, compactors, graders or scrapers with precision and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of machinery operations within the civil construction industry and be capable of performing daily maintenance and servicing of machinery. You will also need to possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as a valid driver's license and a construction white card.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, dump trucks, compactors, graders or scrapers safely and efficiently.
  • - Perform daily maintenance checks on machinery.
  • - Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and well-organized at all times.
  • - Assist with other site duties as needed to ensure project timelines are met.
