Job Role: Retail Sales Associate

About the Position:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to meet client needs and expectations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in person and via phone.
  • Maintain a clean store environment by performing regular housekeeping tasks.
  • Accept and process deliveries, and fulfill stock requirements as needed.
  • Complete daily routines set by management, including stocktake procedures.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
  • Previous experience in a retail environment.
  • Knowledge of liquor products is beneficial.
  • Current RSA certification is required.
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Availability to work various hours Monday to Saturday.
