About the Role

As a Supply Officer at Gold Fields, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. You will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods to meet site customer requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, with experience in managing stock levels, conducting stocktakes, and resolving discrepancies. You will also be responsible for operating a range of forklifts, unloading freight trucks, and performing general yard duties.

We are looking for a team-focused individual with excellent communication skills, who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to possess a valid HR Drivers' Licence and forklift licence, as well as a current High-Risk licence and Apply First Aid certification.

As a Supply Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all direct charge receivables are delivered to the correct location nominated on the purchase order by the date required. You will also be responsible for collaborating with stocktaking and audit teams to resolve any discrepancies.

About You
  • Valid HR Drivers' Licence and forklift licence
  • Possess a current High-Risk licence and Apply First Aid certification
  • Demonstrated experience within the Mining Industry or in a large industrial warehouse
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
  • Experience using SAP would be highly regarded
  • Team-focused and effective communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience in safety culture and workplace standards
