Opportunity
As the Link and Launch Coordinator, you will oversee the delivery of the school-based program engaging with agencies, support services, training providers, business partners, and industry experts to secure pathways for at-risk Year 12 completers.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Partnership Development

- Foster partnerships with local training, higher education, and employment providers;
- Establish collaborative relationships to provide opportunities and remove barriers for young people;

Service Provision

- Provide practical assistance to access required services;
- Market the service through events and initiatives to raise awareness within the school and broader community.

Transition Support

- Work across multiple local schools to ensure Year 12 students are aware of transition support available upon leaving school;
- Provide guidance for young people engaged in the program, including identifying pathways, monitoring ongoing success, and maintaining relevant records.

Application Requirements

- Attach a brief resume with contact details for two referees (referees should have an understanding of your previous work history);
- Attach a one-page written statement about how your achievements meet the requirements of the role.
