Job Title: Female Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide high-quality care to clients and participants in their homes.

The successful candidate will be part of a mobile work model, supporting clients with daily tasks, travel reimbursement, and ongoing training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assistance with personal care (bathing, toileting, mobility)
  • Accompanying clients for social activities and appointments (own vehicle essential)
  • Support with household tasks (cleaning, meal preparation)
  • Medication assistance
  • Administrative duties (record maintenance, reporting)

Essential Requirements:

  • A genuine passion to support vulnerable populations and make a positive impact in their lives
  • Professional or lived experience in the NDIS and/or Aged Care sectors
  • Excellent communication skills, commitment to person-centred focus and flexibility to meet individual needs
  • Resilience and compassion
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Qualification in Disability, Aged Care or related field preferred
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Current CPR certificate
  • Current National Police check
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence & access to a reliable vehicle
  • The right to work in Australia
  • Full Covid-19 vaccination
