Job Title: Case Worker - Youth Services

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Case Worker to join our team at YMCA WA. As a Case Worker, you will be responsible for providing case management, setting up youth engagement programs, and delivering programs in schools.

About the Role:

This is a fixed-term contract opportunity with the possibility of extension. You will work independently to make a positive impact on the lives of young people in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide case management and support to young people
  • Develop and implement youth engagement programs
  • Deliver programs in schools and community settings
  • Collaborate with community partners to achieve program goals
  • Conduct case notes, data entry, and report preparation
Requirements:
  • Cert IV (or greater) in Youth Work, Education, Community Work, Social Work, or other relevant discipline
  • Experience working with culturally diverse clients, vulnerable young people, and youth at risk
  • Ability to engage, listen, and build rapport with young people
  • Current C class driver's license
  • Ability to obtain National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • HLTAID003 First Aid certificate
  • Food Handling/Safety Certificate (desirable)
