Cuscal is seeking a highly skilled Technology Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Technology function, you will be responsible for embedding technology risk management frameworks and day-to-day risk management across Cuscal.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in technology risk management, with experience in developing and enhancing risk frameworks, embedding risk practices, and risk reporting and analytics.

We are looking for a proactive and innovative individual who can stay informed about the latest developments in AI and emerging technologies and support Cuscal teams in rapidly adopting new technologies in a safe and controlled manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and enhance risk frameworks, policies, and procedures
  • Embed risk practices into everyday activities and monitor/report on issues
  • Prepare and present regular risk reports to senior management and the board
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in AI and emerging technologies
  • Support Cuscal teams in adopting new technologies in a safe and controlled manner
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in technology risk management within the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of risk management and IT frameworks and standards
  • Experience in managing risks associated with AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies
  • Prior experience leading risk maturity uplift at another organisation
