We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team at Officeworks Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process from range assortment planning to inventory arrival.
Key Responsibilities:- Critical Path Coordination: Manage project timelines from planning to inventory arrival, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are met, and monitor progress to make necessary adjustments.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to align on roles, responsibilities, and timelines, and resolve any concerns or conflicts efficiently.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, monitor and address issues along the critical path, and implement corrective actions and contingency plans as needed.
- Process Improvement: Enhance processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, and communicate with senior management on issues and resolutions.
- Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to organisational policies and standards, and implement governance frameworks and report on compliance metrics.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in project management or project coordination, particularly in retail or supply chain environments. You should have a proven track record in managing complex projects and critical paths, strong stakeholder engagement and risk management skills, and experience with inventory management and supply chain systems.
