Job Title:

Manager Strategic Assets

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our leadership team. The Manager Strategic Assets is responsible for the management of plant, fleet, facilities, and building maintenance.

The successful candidate will provide key input into strategic and operational asset management decisions across the organisation.

  • Manage the successful delivery of strategic asset outcomes including the asset management framework and systems.
  • Assist service coordinators to develop planned asset maintenance and asset renewal programs.
  • Oversee plant and fleet to ensure efficient operations of council's assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delivery of strategic asset outcomes
  2. Development of asset maintenance and renewal programs
  3. Management of plant and fleet

What You Will Need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification with extensive experience in Asset Management
  • Demonstrated experience in analysis of business practices to identify sustainable efficiencies
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently
  • Valid Driver's Licence, National Police Check and Working with Children Check
