**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Investment Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to advance their careers in finance and investment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic investment and development activities across our diversified portfolio, with a focus on real estate development. This role involves working closely with senior management to provide broad insight into group-level business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To build high-quality financial models that assess project feasibility and evaluate investment returns.
  • To undertake detailed commercial analysis across sectors including property development, infrastructure, funds management, and private equity.
  • To apply private equity-style thinking to assess business models, growth strategies, and exit scenarios.
  • To support due diligence processes for acquisitions, joint ventures, and capital raisings.
  • To assist with transaction structuring and coordination of external advisors (legal, tax, consultants).

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Property, Commerce, or a related field.
  • At least 4–6 years of experience in property development, real estate, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced financial modelling skills, with the ability to build feasibility and DCF models from scratch.
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities; able to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in preparing institutional-grade materials.
