Leadership Opportunity

As a Retail Leader, you'll be part of an iconic organization dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving key commercial targets.

About the Role

You'll report to the Regional Manager and be responsible for the day-to-day running of a retail store. Your focus will be on developing and delivering the store retail plan, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

About You and Your Skills
  • Team Leadership: Ability to coach, lead, and develop a large team (100+).
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Proven experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Commercial Targets: To ensure that key commercial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Customer Obsession: To keep things simple and inspire customers by ensuring high visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and auditing standards are met.
