Nurse Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Primary Health Care team in regional Queensland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services to our patients in remote and rural areas.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of nurses in providing comprehensive primary healthcare services to our patients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve healthcare outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Manage and maintain clinical equipment and supplies to ensure optimal patient care.
- Participate in operational shifts to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse and Midwife with AHPRA.
- Extensive experience in rural and remote nursing, including provision of health services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
- Immunisation endorsement and Rural and Isolated Practice (Scheduled Medicines) endorsement (RIPRN) desirable.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Capacity to stay overnight in communities (2-3 nights) as required.
- Attractive base salary and superannuation.
