Strategic Procurement Specialist

This is a critical role that supports high-impact procurement projects across various categories, including Goods and Services, ICT, Maintenance and Operations, and Capital Works.
Main Responsibilities- Collaborate with a small team to foster collaboration and growth
- Develop and assist with category planning, sourcing strategies, and end-to-end procurement activities
- Manage complex projects including tender development, evaluations, and negotiations
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver effective outcomes
- Conduct market analysis and ensure accurate procurement data and documentation across systems
- Substantial sourcing and procurement experience, preferably with exposure to government processes
- Proven procurement and tendering experience in complex projects
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
