Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Manager to lead and drive the quality, safety, and continuous improvement framework across our Oncology practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the clinical governance framework, leading quality improvement initiatives, and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

They will also provide strategic oversight on accreditation, audits, and regulatory compliance, as well as evaluate national safety and quality standards compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support ongoing clinical governance framework implementation.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives design, rollout, and evaluation.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Report quality outcomes to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement initiatives benefiting patients and staff.
  • Provide strategic oversight on accreditation, audits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Evaluate national safety and quality standards compliance (e.g., NSQHS).
Qualifications and Experience Required
  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally with postgraduate qualifications in healthcare management or quality.
  • Fast-paced environment experience with adaptability to change.
  • Strong knowledge of National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
  • Quality systems, SharePoint/Intranet, risk/incident management tools experience.
  • Quality and safety training development and delivery experience.
  • Document standardization and control, internal audits, compliance, and process mapping expertise.
  • Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills.
