At Cleanaway, we are seeking a skilled Driver to join our team in Mount Gambier, SA. As a Driver, you will be responsible for operating different collection vehicles, including rear, hook, and front lift trucks. Your duties will include loading and unloading commercial and industrial waste, materials, or consignments, and delivering loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities.

About the Role

  • Operate a range of collection vehicles, including rear, hook, and front lift trucks.
  • Perform loading and unloading duties of commercial and industrial waste, materials, or consignments.
  • Deliver loads to nominated recycling and disposal facilities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the presentation of the vehicle, inside and out.

About You

  • You will need an unrestricted HR Licence as a minimum.
  • You must have a clean driving record.
  • You should have a professional presentation and manner with a strong customer service ethic.
  • You should be a good team player, reliable, and willing to learn.
  • You should have a strong commitment to safety and a willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Waste industry experience is not essential.
