The Healthcare Professionals Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Practitioner to join our team in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our practice is committed to providing high-quality patient care and offers a range of benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Highlights:
- Level 2 Supervision and above provided
- Additional benefits for supervising GPs
- Availability to start as soon as possible with an existing patient base
Benefits and Perks:
- Doctors are completely booked out 1-2 weeks in advance, seeing 4 patients per hour (occasional double booking)
- Owned and operated by an ethical and passionate GP with support from a very experienced procedural GP
- Clinic operates Monday to Friday, with a half-day Saturday – roster flexibility ensured
- Extensive nursing support – 1 full-time equivalent nurse for 2 full-time equivalent GPs
- Dedicated skin cancer and cosmetic clinic, as well as separate treatment rooms and CDM rooms
- State-of-the-art facilities and medical equipment – always willing to invest in additional equipment
- Ability to set your room out exactly as you like, with upgrades and equipment provided
About Our Practice:
- Larger than average consultation rooms with new facilities and fit-out
- On-site practice manager and reception staff to assist with day-to-day duties
- Patient demographic is very mixed, with families, elderly, refugees, and more
- Provide support and mentoring to Registrars in this teaching practice
What We're Looking For:
- Ensuring patients have access to the highest level of family medicine
- Ability to earn above-average billings – patients expect to pay an out-of-pocket expense
- Working alongside a highly collegiate and professional team
Remuneration and Benefits:
- 65% of billings, with the majority of consults privately charged – approximately 80% private
- Bill between $2,200 - $4,000 gross per day
- Completely booked out from day one
- Skin cancer and cosmetic clinics on-site
- 1:2 GP to nurse ratio
