Global Social Media & Influencer Role

This position involves amplifying our message through engaging content, effective strategies, and influencer partnerships to support our mission of fighting chronic disease globally.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our global social media marketing efforts and expand brand reach, drive user acquisition, and build a supportive health-conscious community across our markets.

The successful candidate will develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy at both global and market-specific levels, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives and expansion plans.

About The Job

You will source and onboard local influencers in each country in partnership with local teams, including identifying talent, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships throughout campaigns.

  • Create and curate engaging, on-brand content for multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), tailored to resonate with diverse markets.
  • Manage Elfie's social media calendar, ensuring consistent, timely, and localized posting across all markets.
  • Analyze social media and influencer campaign metrics, delivering regular performance reports and adapting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media and influencer activities with broader marketing campaigns and product launches.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in organic global social media marketing (building social media growth strategies)
  • At least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of driving user growth and engagement through social media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
