Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Lead to oversee and deliver complex hydrologic modelling projects. This is a technical lead role requiring experience in flood modelling, TUFLOW and RORB, as well as strong report writing skills.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the development of hydrologic models for urban drainage, waterways and retarding basins
  • Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen our hydrologic modelling capability
  • Mentor and develop graduates and junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Experience in modelling urban drainage systems, waterways and retarding basins
  • Strong proficiency in TUFLOW and RORB software
  • Previous experience leading, developing and mentoring teams or individuals
  • A passion for teamwork and collaboration
