Metarock Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Administrator to join our team. As a Site Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our project management team by managing finance functions, including accounts receivable, debtor management, and payroll, invoicing, accommodation bookings, and broader administration duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage finance functions, including accounts receivable, debtor management, and payroll
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payment
  • Coordinate accommodation bookings and manage administrative tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our project management team
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors
