We are seeking an experienced Hospitality Ambassador to join our team at our Robina location. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

About the Role:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.
• Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to deliver high-quality food and beverages.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to our strict cleaning policies.
• Upsell and suggest additional items to enhance the guest experience.
• Promote our special offers, events, and activities to drive sales and engagement.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
