State Manager Role

**About the Position**: In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of six performing stores. You will provide ongoing training, development, and succession planning for your managers, while analysing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implementing strategic plans to increase profitability.

The key to success lies in coaching and inspiring your team to achieve sales results and provide exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a portfolio of six stores to maximise sales and customer experience
  • Motivate the team to achieve weekly targets and store standards
  • Coach and mentor the sales team through ongoing evaluation, development, and training
  • Drive strong awareness of store operations, business acumen, and strategy planning
  • Recruit and select top talent into the business
  • Build and maintain solid commercial relationships with the wider business

**Required Skills and Qualifications**: To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • Previous experience in a senior Area, Regional, or State Management position
  • Achieve/exceed sales targets for the region
  • Sound understanding of merchandising, stock management, and visual merchandising guidelines
  • Ability to implement strategic plans based on sales and performance analysis
  • Strong leadership skills, with a passion for motivating and mentoring the team
  • Sound understanding of the fashion industry, including trends and competition
