Job Description

Infinite Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security SME to join our team.

The Cyber Security SME will work closely with our Cyber Security Delivery Lead to provide expert advice and support.

The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team of technical, commercial, and service delivery specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and develop Cyber Security requirements for inclusion in business proposals.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation on current state and future state requirements, as well as other relevant documentation.
  • Support the Cyber Security Bundle Lead, Sourcing Lead, Program Manager, and Program Office in their deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of ICT and Cyber Security technologies and best practices, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a medium/large organization.
  • Certification and/or membership to relevant professional organizations, including certification in any of the following: CISSP, Security+, CISA, CISM, SABSA, GIAC, and SANs.
  • Experience in implementing Government ICT outsourcing arrangements, including requirements development, tender evaluation, contract negotiation, and service implementation.
  • Experience in implementing Cyber Security services across large-scale ICT delivery environments, including within Government.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize disruption.
  • The ability to clearly articulate requirements, expectations, and outcomes is essential.
  • The ability to present information and communicate expectations across conflicting priorities/workloads.
  • Ability to work under pressure with close attention to detail, including planning, coordinating, and tracking the progress of various activities within agreed timelines.

  • Working arrangements: This role is located in Canberra, ACT. A Hybrid opportunity requiring the successful applicant to work on site a minimum of three days per week.
